Is Shipping Free?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all products listed on our store.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 3–4 business days for processing. This includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability or high-demand periods.


Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from our various domestic and international warehouse locations.
Please allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for delivery after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product origin, and customs clearance procedures.


Why Your Order May Arrive in Multiple Packages

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is because items may be shipped from different warehouse locations or may be on varying backorder timelines. This helps us deliver available items to you without unnecessary delay.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we will provide a tracking number or link via email. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@freefromlabel.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll make every effort to cancel it.

  • Once the item has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. However, you may initiate a return once it is delivered (see our Refund Policy for details).


What If My Order Is Lost or Delayed?

All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking. In rare cases where an order is delayed, lost in transit, or returned by customs, we will:

  • Resend your item with priority shipping (when possible), or

  • Issue a full refund if the package is returned to us.

While we cannot control postal delays or customs procedures, your satisfaction is our priority.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices are listed in USD and do not include customs duties or local taxes.
You may be charged import fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Free From Label or Cosmilane LLC.
