At Free From Label, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed.


1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are available for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 10 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item is returned in original packaging with tags attached

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at support@freefromlabel.com within 10 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photo/video evidence (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Important:
Do not send items back without confirmation. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return cost is free. Free Return Labels are provided to customer, in some cases customers might have to pay for return shipping upfront and it will get refunded back once item has been received along with the refund 

    4. REFUND PROCESS

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • You will be notified of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days
    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

    Please note:
    Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Refunds are issued for the product value only and do not include original shipping costs where applicable.


    5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If your refund has not been received:

    1. Check your bank or payment provider account
    2. Contact your payment provider, as processing delays may occur
    3. If needed, contact us for further assistance

    6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photo or video evidence

    We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, reshipment, or full refund, depending on the situation.


    7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
    • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled

    If the order has already shipped, it must go through the return process.


    8. ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION

    To ensure fairness:

    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or excessive return patterns
    • Accounts engaging in abusive behavior may be restricted from future purchases
