At Free From Label, a brand operated by Cosmilane LLC (30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Final sale or clearance products (as indicated on the product page)


2. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@freefromlabel.com within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name and order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (and photos if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note: Do not return items to the address listed on the package. Return instructions will be provided via email only.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective, incorrect, or misrepresented

    • The return is due to our error

In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the cost of return shipping after discussion and confirmation.


4. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider, but is typically completed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition

  • The item is returned after the 15-day window

  • No prior return request was submitted and approved


5. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your PayPal account or bank statement

  2. If it's not visible, contact your payment provider

  3. Still need help? Email us at support@freefromlabel.com and we’ll assist in resolving it


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:

  • Follow the return process to return the original product

  • Place a new order for the preferred item


7. Abuse Prevention

To maintain a fair return policy:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with repeated excessive return behavior

  • Fraudulent, damaged, or incomplete returns may be rejected
