We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or peak periods

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping begins once your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.


4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Your order may arrive in separate packages if:

  • Items are sourced from different warehouses
  • Products become available at different times

This allows us to ship items faster instead of waiting for all products to be ready.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or supported tracking tools.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation

If the order has already shipped, it must follow the return process after delivery.


7. DELAYS, LOST OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

All shipments include tracking and are monitored.

If your order is:

  • Delayed
  • Held at customs
  • Lost in transit
  • Returned to sender

We will review the situation and:

  • Reship the item (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund once confirmed by the carrier

Please note:
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, weather, or courier disruptions.


8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Product prices shown on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes.

Depending on your country, you may be required to pay:

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Free From Label is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional charges imposed by your country

9. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses
  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
