Returns: We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@freefromlabel.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return address.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will either provide a prepaid return shipping label or pay for the courier the terms will be discussed with the customer beforehand
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further information.
Refund Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition or does not meet our return policy criteria. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, All our payments are done via Paypal, please check your Paypal account for the transaction if it's not showing on PayPal, Contact us, If it is showing on Paypal but not transferred to the bank then contact Paypal, If it's showing PayPal has transferred your money to your bank or card, check with your bank or your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
